Since they are babies, no matter how try to mislead your judgements with their cute smiles, consider a few points.

Babies for most parents are the euphoria that puts all the troubles in their life away, distant, to the point of almost complete non-existence (babies give authentic joy to their parents even if they do not do much). This phenomenon cannot be completely explained by science but only through a great understanding of relationships. This natural tendency leads parents into a buying frenzy for their baby. They go blind from seeing what is needed and what is not, they heed anybody’s (sometimes ill-advices) advice about something that their babies should have. In the contrast to their plans for budgeting when the baby comes, they wage an all out war with the baby stores, getting the most expensive things available and made for babies whether needed or not. This goes on until their babies become spoiled grown-ups who are likely to abandon you in search of their own heart’s desire. And of which during that point you would have realized how much you have wasted on the things that are not needed by your babies and wish that that extra money should have gone to his or her college fund or your life retirement savings instead.

This is just an extreme speculation of the future that may or may not happen. The point is, when buying things for your babies, you need to consider some things that can help you with your decisions and ultimately allow you to save money for other important things in life.

Back to the issue of buying clothes for your baby, there are just a couple of things that you need to remember in order to avoid wasting precious resources.

• Since babies will grow fast, consider buying bigger sizes and not fitting ones.

• Buy clothes that are easy to put on or take off since babies need to change more often times than grown ups.

• If you have friends or relatives that already have unused baby clothes, do not hesitate to ask for them, this will definitely help you save a lot for other things.
